• Diploma or above (Bachelor's preferred) in Engineering/Management or related.

• 3+ years as a Production Supervisor in manufacturing industry.
• Mandatory: Practical machining experience with grinders, milling machines, CNC, and conventional tools.
• Familiar with production standards and ERP systems.
• Proficient in Mandarin (to liaise with HQ); English/Malay are a plus.

1. Execute production plans to meet quality and output targets.

2. Train staff on equipment, processes, safety, and documentation; assist in performance reviews.

3. Enforce process discipline to boost efficiency and maintain product quality.

4. Support quality management and drive process improvements.

5. Identify and escalate equipment, process, or environmental issues; coordinate solutions.

6. Handle workshop emergencies and resolve team conflicts.

7. Monitor safety rectifications and ensure unresolved items are addressed.

8. Drive cost control by optimizing raw material usage, equipment utilization, and energy savings.

9. Oversee daily equipment inspections and Level 1/Level 2 maintenance.
