Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields preferred

Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience preferred

Willing to learn and be trained (no heavy experience required)

Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English (written & spoken)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with inventory management systems and supply chain operations

Familiar with PO process, inventory management, and supplier coordination

Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills

Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Strong execution ability, discipline, Punctual and responsible

Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Willing to work overtime and on public holidays when required

Working Hours: 9AM - 5.30PM (including 1 hrs break) with a 6-day work week

Handle stock ordering for supply chain and branches

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment

Coordinate warehouse replenishment to ensure smooth picking and stock availability

Plan ordering schedule for warehouse and branches to ensure smooth operations

Prepare and handle Purchase Orders (PO)

Liaise with suppliers and buyers regarding stock issues, pricing, and delivery arrangements

Negotiate pricing, promotions, free gifts, and marketing support (e.g. poster, gift set, GE items) with suppliers

Coordinate supplier delivery schedules to warehouse and branches

Update product selling price, cost price, barcode, and new product setup in system

Review system data to ensure accuracy of product information, pricing, and inventory records

Monitor and maintain product master data accuracy

Recommend pricing adjustments and promotion pricing based on market or sales performance

Coordinate branch return processes with suppliers and warehouse

Ensure return, disposal, and stock adjustment records are accurate in system

Monitor stock movement and identify abnormal inventory issues

Communicate with warehouse regarding incoming supplier deliveries and stock arrangement

Ensure warehouse has sufficient space and manpower planning for incoming goods

Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse, suppliers, and branches

Compile weekly reports on department performance, issues, and improvement plans

Analyze operational issues and propose solutions for efficiency improvement

Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
