- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience with strong exposure to end-to-end recruitment.- Proven recruitment experience in the IT / technology / ERP / consulting industry (highly preferred).- Strong interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills.- Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, labour practices, and HR compliance.- Able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese.- Agile, hands-on, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience hiring IT roles such as software engineers, consultants, ERP specialists, infrastructure, or AI/BPA professionals.- Comfortable working closely with business leaders and fast-growing organisations.- Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented.

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.• Experience in payroll processing and foreign worker management is preferred.• Experience in procurement or purchasing coordination is an advantage.• Strong organizational, communication and coordination skills.• Proficient in Microsoft Office and payroll systems.• Ability to manage multiple companies and priorities simultaneously.• Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
