To entry sales order into system per purchase order and customer requirements.
To review customers' order on Item, Quantity, Price, to further confirm with Sales or Customer to resolve the discrepancy.
To generate invoices.
To liaise and align with planner and logistic team members for the inventory arrangement and trucks arrangement.
To liaise with respective customers on stock availabilities and order fulfilment; to reschedule of order loading by inventory available, planning schedule and transportation availability.
To liaise with customer or sales on the goods returned and ensure the documentations are well align.
To arrange and request order from subsidiary's factory to ensure sufficient stock to fulfil customer requirements.
To handle and coordinate customer's documents upon goods delivery.

Responsible for and ensure the smooth operation of the Branch, able to drive the performance of the Branch sales revenue (to develop new customers), cost efficiency and administrative efficiency.

Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements
