- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.- 2–5 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources, preferably in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.- Experience in handling attendance, leave administration, overtime, recruitment, employee relations, disciplinary matters, training coordination, and HR administration.- Experience in handling foreign workers will be an added advantage.- Good knowledge of the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations practices, and Malaysian labour legislation.- Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS systems, including attendance, leave, and employee record management.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data filtering, and report preparation), as well as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.- Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.- A proactive, positive, and openness to new changes mindset.
