This unit group covers business services and administration managers not classified elsewhere in Minor Group 121: Business Services and Administration Managers. For instance, the group includes occupations such as facilities manager, cleaning services manager and administrative services manager employed either as the manager of a department of a large enterprise and organization, or of an enterprise that provides such services to other enterprises and organizations.
In such cases tasks would include –
Providing administrative, strategic planning and operational support, research and advice to senior management on matters such as the management of building facilities and administrative services;
Developing and managing the organization’s administrative and physical resources;
Developing and implementing administrative and procedural statements and guidelines for use by staff in the organization;
Analysing complex resource management issues and initiatives that affect the organization, and preparing associated reports, correspondence and submissions;
Providing information and support for the preparation of financial reports and budgets;
Leading, managing and developing administrative staff to ensure smooth business operations and the provision of accurate and timely information;
Representing the enterprise or organization in negotiations, and at conventions, seminars, public hearings and forums;
Establishing and managing budgets, controlling expenditure and ensuring the efficient use of resources;
Planning and directing daily operations;
Overseeing the selection, training and performance of staff.
Responsible in all creative graphic design for the content (Content) of the Website as well as the entire social media Platform.
Design promotional materials for printing purposes including brochures, flyers, posters, company profiles, event invitations, signboards, signage and all memos & posters for internal use (Internal Use).
Able to plan and manage marketing campaigns for announcements & promotions across social media or offline channels.
Can work closely with the team to ensure the graphic design is in accordance with the marketing campaign and the company's concept.
Design highly effective marketing campaigns from exposure to the public and across digital platforms.
Assist the team in updating the content (Content) throughout the company's website from the social media platform.
Handle the photoshoot in terms of concept, model until the photoshoot reaches the campaign product for the customer.
Assist in answering customer questions on social media.
Record all effectiveness data regarding marketing and advertising
Maintaining an ad Fbads Account that is running that needs to be monitored in terms of entry numbers and traffic (will be taught when you are accepted to work in our company) is easy and worthwhile
Manage promptly on company multiple social media operation includes campaign ads creation + copy writing, attend end user comments/feedback/reviews & etc. (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube & TikTok)
Evaluate, explore, create and manage emerging technologies such as Linkedin Sponsored Ads, OBS, Facebook Catalogue, Facebook Shop, TikTok, etc.
Measure & prepare performance report of each social digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals + spendings to management in monthly basis (ROI and KPIs)
Liaise internally + coordinate with partner advertising/media experts to improve conversion results thru copy writing content.
Create, oversee & manage campaign/contest/giveaways/digital projects with related parties/departments to grow number of followers, review increment, build end user funnels & ultimately create sales conversions
To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
