Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Work from Office only (No Work From Home).

Handle general administrative duties and ensure smooth daily office operations.

Manage company documents, filing, and data entry with accuracy.

Prepare letters, reports, and other administrative documents.

Coordinate office supplies and liaise with vendors when necessary.

Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and company activities.

Respond to emails, phone calls, and general enquiries professionally.

Maintain and update company records and databases.

Support HR and other departments with administrative tasks when required.

Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
