Proactively present and promote Yummi House wild honey & bird’s nest products to all walk-ins, regular members, service enquiries and complaints accurately, effectively and aligned with Yummi House processes, expectations, standard operating procedures and KPIs
Responsible for all customer information, monetary transactions and company assets
Ensure store front and display content are current, accurate and aligned to Yummi House marketing campaigns
Participate in all training arranged by internal or external parties
Ensures proper conduct, grooming and discipline to be aligned to Yummi House expectations and value at all times
Responsible to achieve sales target and maintain a high level of efficiency in retails operations
Plan and manage promote product at exhibition / roadshow
Conduct live streaming as well as in charge Live Stream related operation
Follow up the recruitment and operation of the Tiktok live stream, be able to have strategies planning and responsible for the livestream quality, and revenue scale
Follow up and maintain the cooperative relationship of the Tiktok live hosts, be able to independently connect with the hosts, and provide reasonable solutions for the operations team and live host for livestream campaign requirements
Plan and moderate livestream to ensure successful live process
Coordinates with Operations team and Live Host for livestream campaign requirements
Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop content that aligns with the overall marketing strategy
Understanding of TikTok analytics and ability to use data to drive content decisions
Performs ad hoc duties as may be assigned by the Company
Responsible in preparing writing material, photos, and video for the website and social media updates.
Creativity in writing, and designing marketing content and monitor in campaign social applications (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Xiao Hong Shu, Tiktok, Ads etc)
Keep up to date with latest video, digital marketing trends , propose creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content
Support the team in shooting and editing video content to come up with completing video output
Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
