• Minimum SPM qualification or above.

• Sales experience is preferred; experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Melayu and English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent follow-up skills with strong attention to detail.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

• Passionate about sales and driven to achieve targets and earn commissions.

• Eager to learn, grow, and build a successful sales career.

• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and consistently achieve sales KPIs.

• Willing to travel for customer visits and business development activities.

• Possess a valid driving license.

• Plan, execute, and manage sales activities to achieve company targets.

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.

• Identify business opportunities and expand customer networks.

• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

• Provide excellent customer service and timely follow-up.

• Conduct product presentations, training, installations, or consultations when required.

• Follow up on sales orders and coordinate the entire sales process until payment collection.

• Liaise and coordinate effectively between customers and the internal sales team.

• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.

• Assist the sales team with sales documentation, administrative tasks, and operational support.

• Monitor sales performance, customer accounts, and accounts receivable status.

• Visit customer sites when required (company vehicle provided).

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
