Bachelor's degree in Nutrition/Food Science/Public Health/Health Promotion related fields

At least 1 year of practical experience in nutrition consulting, education and training/presentation experience, and understanding of marketing processes.

Able to accurately convey product usage information and increase member trust in the product.

Pursuing relevant health/sports/health certifications or familiar with relevant regulations and guidelines (KKM/DSAM/JAKIM) will be given an advantage.

Develop and optimize product content for the official website, EDMs, and social media nutrition education.

Create promotional product materials, including EDMs.

Support social media content strategy planning.

Assist with live-streaming consultations and Q&A sessions (FB/IG/YouTube).

Plan product and nutrition programs; act as a product trainer supporting front-line operations, marketing, and direct sellers.

Manage product consultation systems, including phone consultations and Q&A updates.

Analyze consultation data to provide insights for product and operational optimization.

Collaborate with the MYGK product development team to deliver market and consumer insights.

Deliver product training, seminars, and knowledge-based content with updated scientific perspectives.

Handle product-related inquiries and issues across social media platforms.
