Job Purpose
Responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth. This role involves market research, digital marketing, campaign execution, and performance analysis to drive customer engagement and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research & Business Insight
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities.
Analyse competitor activities and market positioning to identify growth opportunities.
Gather and evaluate data from external sources, industry reports, and customer insights.
Monitor market developments, including exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
2. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Support development of marketing strategies for product promotion and market expansion.
Coordinate campaign activities including promotions, exhibitions, and product launches.
Evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
3. Digital Marketing & Content Management
Manage and maintain the company’s digital presence (website, email marketing, social media).
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and digital promotions.
Create and manage content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
4. Data Analysis & Performance Tracking
Analyse website traffic, campaign performance, and sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Track key marketing metrics (engagement, conversion, ROI).
Prepare reports and insights for management review.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Sales and other departments to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
Support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.
Ensure smooth coordination between marketing activities and operational execution.
6. Budget & Resource Management
Assist in planning and managing marketing budgets.
Monitor spending and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
7. Additional Duties
Stay updated on marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Recommend improvements to marketing strategies, processes, and tools.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks or assignments as assigned by Management.
