Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field (preferred)
Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA, ITIL Foundation) (preferred)
Proven experience as an IT Helpdesk Agent or similar role
Technical proficiency in computer systems, networks, and software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Adaptability to changing technologies and systems
Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and support to users via phone, email
Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
Document technical issues and resolutions in Service Desk Plus
Prioritize and manage multiple tickets simultaneously
Communicate technical information to non-technical users in a clear and concise manner
Ensure user satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
Collaborate with other MIS colleagues to resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in the industry
