Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for client interactions and internal communication.
Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the exhibition, roadshow, and event sectors to expand the company's client base.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored display solutions.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities, providing insights to inform sales strategies.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively showcase the company's capabilities and value proposition.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and maximizing revenue.
Collaborate with the internal design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met accurately and efficiently.
Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and post-sale, fostering client loyalty and repeat business.
