Job Description

Requirements

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Skilled in negotiation and closing deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Familiarity with the exhibition, roadshow, and event industry, with an understanding of custom display solutions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within a sales role.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for client interactions and internal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the exhibition, roadshow, and event sectors to expand the company's client base.

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored display solutions.

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities, providing insights to inform sales strategies.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively showcase the company's capabilities and value proposition.

  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and maximizing revenue.

  • Collaborate with the internal design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met accurately and efficiently.

  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and post-sale, fostering client loyalty and repeat business.
