• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or related fields.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, social media management or lead generation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.

• Strong content creation, copywriting and social media management skills.

• Creative, proactive and result-oriented with the ability to produce engaging marketing content.

• Proven experience in customer acquisition, digital marketing or business development will be an added advantage.

• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial products or technical industries will be an added advantage.

1. Content Marketing & Brand Building

• Manage and operate the company's social media platforms, including LinkedIn, WeChat Official Account, Xiaohongshu, Facebook and other digital channels.

• Develop and execute monthly content marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and market presence.

• Create high-quality marketing content, including articles, case studies, product introductions, promotional materials and social media content.

• Support brand building initiatives and improve audience engagement across various platforms.

2. Lead Generation & Customer Development

• Generate and develop potential customer leads through LinkedIn, digital marketing channels, social media platforms and industry databases.

• Build and maintain customer databases and support business development activities.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities.

• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion and customer acquisition.

3. Exhibition & Business Support

• Plan, coordinate and support local and international exhibitions, trade shows and marketing events.

• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, product catalogues and exhibition-related documents.

• Support customer engagement activities during exhibitions and business meetings.

• Follow up on leads generated from exhibitions and marketing campaigns.
