Requirements
Education Required: Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Marketing or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen, enabling the building of meaningful relationships with customers.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Language Required: Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and sales tracking, and in PowerPoint for preparing customer presentations and training materials.
Possess a valid Class D (car) driving license.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular market visits in the West Malaysia East Coast Region to improve field sales, prospect new customers, and nurture strong customer relationships with dealers.
Prepare and present accurate quotations based on customer needs, ensuring timely follow-up to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
Manage and achieve assigned sales targets through strategic planning, territory coverage, and consistent customer engagement.
Follow up on outstanding payments in accordance with the accounts receivable (AR) list and agreed credit terms to ensure healthy cash flow.
Handle customer complaints or product-related issues professionally and coordinate with internal teams to deliver prompt resolutions.
Plan and implement promotional campaigns or seasonal offers in line with overall sales strategy, including identifying target segments, coordinating marketing materials, and monitoring campaign effectiveness.
Represent the company at industry roadshows, exhibitions, and trade events to boost brand visibility, generate leads, and follow up to convert prospects into customers.
Secure purchase orders from customers and submit them to the Operations team for timely processing and shipment arrangements.
Monitor shipment schedules, track delivery status, and liaise with Operations to ensure accurate and on-time delivery with proper documentation.
Conduct on-site product training sessions and presentations for estate workers or end users to ensure correct product usage and performance optimization.
Gather and report feedback from customers on product performance, issues, or suggestions to support ongoing product development and service improvement.
Collaborate with both dealers and end users to strengthen relationships, promote repeat business, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Handle other tasks as needed that align with the job scope and business objectives.
