• Assist in managing company Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Shopee, and Lazada
• Upload and update products, pricing, and promotional information
• Assist in festive promotions, marketing campaigns, and branding activities
• Take simple product photos and videos for promotional use
• Monitor customer messages, comments, and online inquiries professionally
• Support sales and operation teams in marketing activities
• Complete marketing tasks and postings on time
• Assist management in ad hoc marketing and promotional tasks
