Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and persuasive ideas.
Responsibilities
- Implement digital marketing strategies across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Stay informed about emerging digital trends and media channels to ensure up-to-date marketing practices.
- Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
- Analyze data to support informed decision-making and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Assist in preparing and submitting entries for relevant industry awards to increase company visibility and recognition.
- Assist in the development and execution of branding and awareness campaigns to strengthen the company's image.
- Support strategies that help build a recognizable and consistent brand identity.
- Assist in the planning and execution of advertising and promotional campaigns for various property developments.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and successful campaign delivery.
- Manage the process of obtaining quotations from vendors for marketing-related activities.
- Handle invoicing and follow up on payments to ensure timely completion of financial transactions.
- Oversee the upkeep and presentation of the sales gallery to ensure it reflects the company’s branding and standards.
- Assist with planning and coordinating on-site marketing events and activities to promote developments.
- Ensure all logistics and event details are handled efficiently and effectively.
