Proficiency and good in English and Mandarin communication skills.

Aggregate, analyze, and report sales team KPIs, targets, and performance metrics to management, facilitating informed decision-making and alignment with corporate objectives.

Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns for new and existing products.

On-board and mentor new export sales team members, equipping them with the competencies and resources required to drive performance excellence.

Act as the strategic liaison between management and the sales team, ensuring seamless communication of executive directives, updates, and organizational priorities.

Develop and manage multi-channel marketing content including social media, email, brochures, newsletters and promotional materials.

Organise and manage marketing events such as seminars, workshops, conferences and trade fairs to enhance brand visibility.

Collaborate with management and Sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Carry out other related tasks as required.
