Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent
At least 1-3 year experiences in logistics customer service industries or relevant fields
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (require to liaise with China)
Proficiency in Microsoft
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth execution
Coordinate daily shipment bookings, scheduling and follow-ups
Monitor shipment progress and proactively update customers on status, issues, and resolutions
Provide accurate information about our services, pricing quotation and shipment terms/policies
Prepare and manage shipping documents/reports and related paperwork
