Fresh graduates or interns are welcome to apply
Minimum 1 year working experience in logistics, administration, or automotive-related
field is an advantage
Able to start work immediately or within short notice
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
Outgoing, cheerful and proactive personality with good teamwork attitude
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is an advantage
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
Responsibilities
Support daily logistics and administrative operations for vehicle import, distribution, and
delivery processes
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, aftersales, warehouse) and external parties
(forwarders, suppliers, transporters)
Handle documentation including delivery orders, invoices, shipment records, and stock
movement reports
Maintain and update logistics data accurately in system and spreadsheets
Assist in inventory tracking and ensure timely delivery of vehicles and spare parts
Prepare regular reports using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Support ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by management
