Requirements
Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not compulsory if proven sales track record).
Additional Plus if 1–2 years of sales experience (event sales, media sales, or B2B sales preferred). Fresh graduates with strong sales drive will be considered.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to work onsite in Seri Kembangan.
Self-motivated, persistent, and driven by results.
Enjoys meeting new people and building long-term relationships.
Resilient — able to handle rejection positively.
Team player but also works independently with minimal supervision.
Willing to work flexible hours and weekends when events are happening.
Own transport with valid driving license (preferred, depending on your setup).
Own Laptop (preferred but not compulsory).

Responsibilities
Reach out to brands and companies to introduce event opportunities
Sell roadshow spaces, promotional events, and brand collaboration packages
Follow up leads and build long-term relationships
Work with admin team to arrange booking, contracts, and schedules
Coordinate with suppliers, malls, and venues
Assist in planning and executing events and roadshows
Attend site visits and event setup when required Support event operations on event days
