• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.• At least 3–5 years of experience in export sales or international marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive/motorcycle industry.• Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken); advanced Japanese proficiency is a strong advantage.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.• Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to work independently in a multicultural environment.• Proactive, results-oriented, and highly responsible attitude.• Strong interest in bicycles and motorcycles, with a good understanding of the related industry being an added advantage.• Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis and adapt to a flexible, nomadic work arrangement.
Help prepare and track deliveries. Support warehouse work like packing and labeling items. Communicate with drivers and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery. Keep records and documents organized. Do simple data entry and basic reports. Work with experienced staff to learn the job step by step. Attend training to improve skills and gain knowledge in logistics.
Experience: Previous experience in logistics or related roles can be beneficial. Entry-level positions may require little to no experience, while more senior roles may require several years of relevant experience.
