Project Management – Ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and/or projects with minimal supervision; follow through tasks assigned and issues in a timely manner.
MS Office applications, MS Visio and Digital Fluency – Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft 365 (including Excel, Visio, Words), SharePoint, Power BI, and HRIS platforms.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, attendance, and HR administration.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labour regulations. Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality when handling employee information.
