Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field such as Civil Engineering or Project Management may be considered.Candidates with experience in road maintenance, highway or infrastructure projects are highly preferred. Familiarity with routine and periodic maintenance works, JKR specifications, Schedule of Rates (SOR), rate analysis, tender pricing, progress claims, variation orders and subcontractor management will be an added advantage.
