全职 Assistant Quantity Surveyor 工作, 薪水 up to MYR 3,300, Ambang Wira Selangor 公司招聘中 - Ricebowl

Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field such as Civil Engineering or Project Management may be considered.
Candidates with experience in road maintenance, highway or infrastructure projects are highly preferred. Familiarity with routine and periodic maintenance works, JKR specifications, Schedule of Rates (SOR), rate analysis, tender pricing, progress claims, variation orders and subcontractor management will be an added advantage.

Claim Management

1. To prepare ‘Request for Quotation/Invitation’ to quote and others document (e.g. Bills of Quantities, Specification, Terms and Condition, Drawing and Extension Closing Date.

2. To assist and prepare Certificate of Payment (COP) for Sub-Contractors/Supplier.

3. To assist and prepare report, tracking and aging for Claim to Client and COP to ensure claim monitoring.

4. To verify quantity for each assigned district / state

*Contract Administration

1. To assist and prepare Quantity Surveyor in preparing tender document

2. To assist Quantity Surveyor for negotiation meeting with contractor at tendering stage.

3. To assist and prepare contract briefs and revision summarising contractual requirements and budgets.

4. To assist and provide contract summaries and to ensure contract execution in accordance with company policies.
