Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.

Experience in M&E construction projects is preferred.

Experience in Plumbing & Sanitary Services will be an added advantage.

Prepare cost estimates, quotations, material procurement, and cost control.

Prepare and review contracts, project budgets, payment claims, and final accounts.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
