Minimum Diploma level education in Computer & IT or relevant fields.
• Basic understanding of IT hardware and software.
• Having transport and a GDL license is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel outstation when required.
• The required languages are English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Able to take initiative, be proactive at work, and be independent in problem-solving.
• Able to multitask and commit to meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and be a good team player.
• Good communication skills and ability to maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
岗位职责
Provide daily IT and OT technical support to resolve issues faced by clients and internal staff.
Monitor and maintain hardware devices to ensure smooth operation, troubleshooting, and repairing malfunctions promptly.
Record, track, and resolve technical issues within the ticketing system to ensure timely and effective handling.
Communicate with clients and cross-functional teams to offer technical support and consultancy, ensuring a positive customer service experience.
Participate in the testing of hardware and software to ensure products meet quality standards before delivery.
Regularly perform maintenance and upgrades on IT and OT systems to enhance performance and security.
Provide basic IT and OT knowledge training to non-technical team members to improve the team's overall technical capabilities.
Collect and organize client feedback on technical needs to inform continuous product improvement.
Assist in developing and optimizing workflows and operation manuals related to IT and OT to increase work efficiency.
Complete other tasks related to IT and OT technical support as assigned by superiors.
