• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.)

• 1–2 years of experience in IT Application Support

• Familiar with Retail Management Software.

• Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, routers, and internet connectivity.

• Experience with ticketing systems for logging and resolving IT issues.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Must possess own transportation and willing to travel when required (light travelling involved).

• Assist to perform monthly Retails System integration

• Resolving daily technical troubleshooting in responding to ticket system raised and ensuring daily operation all Outlets POS System operation.

• Provide assistant to IT Executive (POS Retails System Pos System) as and when required.

• Act under the discretion of the superior or superior, especially in complex or critical situations.
