Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Internship duration of at least 6 months.

Basic knowledge of ASP.NET / C# is preferred.

Familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, or other web development technologies is an advantage.

Basic understanding of databases and software development concepts.

Passionate about software development, technology, and continuous learning.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Able to learn new technologies and development tools quickly.

Good communication skills in English.

Responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Applicants must be willing to work at Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI), Kuala Lumpur.

Fresh internship candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Assist in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Ticket2U's online ticketing platform and internal systems.

Develop and maintain client websites, event microsites, and landing pages for physical, virtual, and hybrid events.

Participate in IoT research and development for smart ticketing, QR check-in, access control, and event technology solutions.

Perform software testing, system testing, bug verification, and quality assurance to ensure system reliability.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues under the guidance of senior developers.

Assist in implementing new features, enhancements, and system improvements.

Support API integration and database-related tasks where required.

Provide technical support during live events and on-site operations when necessary.

Collaborate closely with the Software Development, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams.

Document technical work, testing results, and development progress.

Follow development best practices and contribute as an active, responsible, and collaborative team member.
