PR relationship with all levels of retail customers, focusing directly on purchasing, accounts and technical departments, senior management team and their respective depot managers.
Regular competitive analysis feedback in own territory. Identify opportunities and propose solutions to increase sales and drive profitability.
Maintain and execute effective fleet account management Plan with regular check-ins on effectiveness.
Collect information on total sales and profitability per retail customer and suggest areas for improvement for new account penetration and conquest of other brands, by region, by segments.
Ensure retail customer issues and complaints are followed up, cleared, and closed.
Update, tidy up and utilize details of fleet customers in CM system.
Analyze and submit responses all tender calls, follow-ups and strategize to win the deals.
Develops and implements strategic sales plan and forecast to achieve corporate objectives and sales target.
To reconnect and establish strong, trusting, long-term relationships with existing fleet customers, and cultivate new business opportunities with key customers, regulators and industry partners.
Responsible or ensure payment collection from any financial institute or customers is completed
Penetrate new accounts under own sales territory to increase market share and presence.
To be well abreast of key market and competitor activities, and to provide feedback and recommendation for actions and counter measures.

Responsible for the development and execution of brand’s marketing plans and strategies to build brand awareness by identifying the key opportunities (incorporating understanding on consumers, competition and external environment) in line with own brand’ objectives.
Conceptualize and initiate digital and social media campaigns which are aligned with marketing strategy
Drive digital marketing programs for own-brand business with strong focus and understanding of the lead generation
Manage and overseeing the production of online content (including social media content), marketing collaterals, EDM, print advertisements, presentation materials and etc.
Responsible for reviewing the uplift numbers (based on Integrated Commercial Planning) vs sales forecast and recommending action plans to close gaps in preparation for the Monthly Sales Review meeting
Responsible for monitoring & analyzing category/brand performance including competitive benchmarking
Manage and monitor Marketing Expense investment in line with annual marketing budgets (for Assistant Manager role)
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Partners with hiring managers to anticipate and deliver recruitment requirements based on future business needs and expectations; and implements all recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, conducting interviews, selection, employment checks, job offer,etc.
Works in a team to identify sourcing channels to ensure high volume and high quality candidate pipeline such as referral programs, online platforms, campus outreach, collaboration with learning/education institutions, recruitment agencies, networking, etc.
Tracks recruitments KPIs and compiles recruitment-relatedreports.
Has working experience in
handling foreign worker management, which may include:
Work permit/Employment Pass applications, insurance and other benefits administration;
Maintenance of HR data of foreign workers.
Liaise with cross functional teams and 3rd parties related to hostel/lodging, transportation, and other matters.
5. Implement and support hiring activities and events which include attending career fairs, sourcing and deployment of seasonal gig workers or casual labor.
6. Performs other ad hoc hiring duties when required. Short-term hiring assignments will also be assigned from time to time.
