Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

Minimum 1 year of IT Operations, System Administration, Infrastructure Support, or a related technical role.

Experience supporting enterprise applications, backend systems, cloud services, or online platforms is an advantage.

Familiarity with Windows/Linux servers, databases, networking, and system monitoring tools is preferred.

Ability to troubleshoot system performance, application issues, and network connectivity problems independently.

Strong understanding of system security, access control, operational procedures, and data protection.

Fresh graduates are welcome too!

Responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and stability of backend application systems and supporting infrastructure.

Monitor and maintain servers, databases, network infrastructure, and business-critical systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents, including:

• System errors

• High latency issues

• Service disconnections

• System outages and abnormal behaviours

Assist technical teams in system deployment, upgrades, release management, and patch implementation.

Manage platform administration tasks, including:

• Account management

• User access control

• Log monitoring

• IP whitelisting and permission settings

Support internal teams in system investigations, data verification, and operational reviews.

Ensure platform security, system integrity, and prevention of unauthorized access or data leakage.
