Engages actively in health education for patients and their families, unit meetings, and hospital activities, providing support and education to dialysis patients, advising on organ donation programs, and planning treatment programs to ensure adequate treatment. 9. Assist with patient billing procedures, scheduling next appointments and guide them to the cashier for payment processing after receiving treatment. 11. Collaborate with the unit manager in administration, setting care standards, and fulfilling duties in the absence of the unit manager, while also carrying out assigned tasks and providing feedback. 12. Charge accurately, incorporating charges for equipment and consumable items into the patient's charges and verifying their completeness. 13. Inspect and document the supply of sterile packs to ensure the integrity of the packaging and maintain an adequate supply of unit stock from CSSS.
