Requirements
- This position is open to Malaysian citizens only.
- Hardworking, responsible, and disciplined.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle orders efficiently.
- Basic skills in preparing hot and cold beverages.
- Well-groomed and maintains good personal hygiene.
- Maintains cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
- Able to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Experience in beverage preparation or the F&B industry is an advantage.
- Able to communicate well with customers and colleagues.
- Training will be provided for candidates without experience.
- Must have own transportation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and make beverages according to customers’ orders
- Ensure all beverages are prepared according to the required measurements, recipes, and standards.
- Prepare hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, juice, soda, and other drinks.
- Ensure all beverage ingredients are sufficiently stocked and properly stored.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and beverage counter.
- Ensure glasses, cups, shakers, blenders, and other equipment are kept clean at all times.
- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
- Handle beverage orders quickly and accurately, especially during peak hours.
- Assist in preparing beverage ingredients before operations begin.
- Clean and tidy the work area after operations.
- Comply with hygiene SOPs, food safety standards, and management instructions.
- Assist with other duties in the restaurant when required.
