At least 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor, preferably in metal roofing and cladding works.

Contract Basis (minimum 4-month contract)

Good knowledge of site supervision, work progress monitoring, and quality-control procedures.

Able to read and understand construction drawings, specifications, and work schedules.

Able to communicate effectively in English or Mandarin to coordinate with the China Construction Company.

Strong coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Able to work independently, manage site activities, and meet project deadlines.

Responsible, safety-conscious, and willing to be based at the project site in Tanjung Pelepas, Johor.

Supervise daily metal roofing and cladding works at the project site.

Monitor work progress, quality, manpower, materials, and site activities to ensure work is completed according to schedule.

Coordinate with the Mandarin speaker Construction Company, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.

Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Conduct regular site inspections and identify any work defects, delays, or safety issues.

Prepare and submit daily or weekly site progress reports to management.

Assist in resolving technical and operational issues on site.

Ensure proper housekeeping, material handling, and safety practices are maintained throughout the project.

Perform other site-related duties assigned by management.
