• Oversee the administration of company payroll and statutory requirement, including audit and reconcile all payroll document and employees’ claim.
• Handle employee disciplinary issues and grievances, provide advice, counseling or disciplinary action in accordance with company policy and IR regulation, escalate issue to management as needed.
• Responsible for foreign worker recruitment, including foreign worker application, work permit, passport renewal, medical renewal, insurance renewal and liaise with immigration or other government authorities.
