To support routine workplace safety inspections and monitoring within the warehouse to ensure compliance with safety requirements (i.e., OSHA, GMS) and operational standards (Warehouse Health & Safety Guideline, Group Supply Chain). The role operates under the day-to-day supervision of the QSC Assistant Supervisor, while ultimately reporting into and supporting the broader compliance objectives of the QSC Manager. The role assists in conducting inspections, identifying workplace hazards, and maintaining inspection records. It may also support basic GDP/GDPMD operational compliance observations on the warehouse floor when required.
QSC Supervisor assists QSC Manager in supporting Quality Assurance (QA), GDP/GDPMD compliance, operational inspection, documentation control, and Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) activities in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role supports warehouse operational compliance through routine inspections, monitoring activities, documentation maintenance, and audit readiness activities aligned with management expectations and best practices.
Ensure all Annual Leave and Medical Leave records for agency workers are properly documented and filed. Maintain organized records that are readily accessible for GMP, or any external/internal audits conducted at DC.
