• Clear written and spoken English, and BM

• Confident with Excel and everyday office software

• Run time attendance and get the monthly reports out on time

• Coordinate training, in-house and external, keep the records straight

• Handle employee relations & disciplinary matters properly — due process, and a paper trail

• Support performance appraisals, pay and benefits
