As a Human Resource Assistant, you’ll develop practical experience across recruitment, candidate engagement, onboarding, and people-development activities.

Role Focus

You’ll support the team across key HR and recruitment activities, helping to attract candidates, coordinate the hiring process, and support new team members as they join the organisation. You’ll gain exposure to how growing teams manage recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and people development.

What You'll Do

• Assist with job postings and candidate sourcing.
• Screen applications and coordinate interviews.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support onboarding, training, and team engagement activities.
• Maintain recruitment records and monitor hiring progress.
