• Develop and execute regional business development strategies.
• Lead strategic partnerships with government agencies, major utility provider, multiple OEMs, service provider and financial institutions.
• Support project finance, syndicated financing and investment structuring for major EHV T&D and infrastructure projects.
• Identify M&A, joint venture and strategic investment opportunities.
• Represent CIWE in negotiations with banks, investors and multinational clients.
• Provide commercial leadership for cross-border projects.
• Advise senior management on international market expansion.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
• Travel extensively in Asia to support regional business operations.

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 15 years of international experience in corporate finance, investment banking, structured finance, project finance or strategic business development.
• Experience working with multinational financial institutions or global corporations.
• Strong knowledge of project finance, cross-border transactions and infrastructure investments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
• Willingness to undertake frequent international travel.
