KMSB is scaling up active sites (KL and Sedenak, Johor) and needs someone to own delivery end to end so issues stop landing on the Directors' desk.

• Coordinate, plan, and manage our Site Supervisors across all active sites, set priorities, unblock problems, keep work moving.
• Own the project timeline, budget tracking, and progress reporting back to management.
• Be the link between site execution and the office (QS, procurement, directors) so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Visit sites regularly (including Sedenak, Johor), this is not a desk-only role.
• Troubleshoot problems on the ground instead of escalating everything upward.

What We're Looking For

• Real experience running or coordinating construction site work, no minimum academic qualification, but you need to show you can actually do the job.
• Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership without being told every step.
• Willing to travel to sites outside Shah Alam, including Johor, as needed.
• Bonus: exposure to QS work, drawing/AutoCAD literacy, or prior team management experience.

Education: Open, no degree required. Relevant hands-on construction/site management experience and a track record of getting projects delivered matters more than paper qualifications. CIDB Green Card required (or willingness to obtain one).

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• Driving License (Required)
• CIDB Green Card (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
