Job Description

• To provide manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all equipment, resources, and facilities
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• To check production output according to the specifications
• To identify issues, report, and suggest improvements to superior
• To train new employees on how to safely use of machinery and follow procedures
• Deal with human resource department about worker performance
• Other duties assigned by superior from time to time

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field
• At least 4 year(s) working experience in the related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment, including experience in a supervisory role preferred
• Able to run shifts
• Computer literate and with fair spoken & written English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Responsible, good leadership and good interpersonal skills
• Proactive self-starter, highly motivated and is adaptable to change
• Must be diligent & sensitive to figures and able to supervise workers to achieve target
• Analytical and excellent problem-solving techniques
• Have strong planning, superb leadership, and motivational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
