• Drive and lead sales team to achieve sales targets set by the company
• Branch daily operational and administrative activities.
• Lead, motivate and supervise the sales and services team, manage staff productivity and discipline.
• Planning and execution of Company’s business plan.
• Drive and improve branch performance in terms of sales revenue, markets share and profitability.
• Recruit and train a team of salesperson.
• Monitors the performance of the sales team.
• Manage the branch inventory, boutique and sales processing.
• Managing customer satisfaction to desired company standards.
• Produce monthly sales reports and attend Management meetings.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure)

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
