As a Quality Control and Operation, you will be expected to:

 Monitor the overall quality and safety of the operation from receiving to delivery and

recommend corrective actions in case of non-compliance. Including setting up of necessary

systems to achieve this

 Inspect, test and sample materials, parts, or products for defects and any deviations from

specifications.

 Observe the production operations and equipment to ensure that specifications are being

met and to make or order necessary adjustments to processes.

 Discuss results and findings with those in charge of the products and recommend any

required corrective actions.

 Perform routine sampling and check the quality of incoming raw materials and end products.

 Assist in internal, external and regulatory audits

 Ensure investigation is appropriately conducted considering robust analysis, documentation

of root causes, and identifying potential risks to fieldwork quality.

 Ensure appropriate remediation is identified that will address the root cause and proactively

prevent similar issues from occurring.

 Update, revise and maintain the Laboratory’s Quality Assurance Manual, SOPs, and other

quality documents.

 Maintain complete documentation for assay tracking and results for review/reporting.

 Perform internal audits of the Laboratory, including both technical and quality systems

audits.

 Perform and document corrective action, including follow up monitoring to gauge the

effectiveness of the correction action.

 Maintain the Laboratory’s Quality System.

 Prepare monthly quality review reports and present findings to management.

 Monitor the whole manufacturing process from inspection of raw materials, ensuring the

compliance of manufacturing controls, to checking and release of finished products.
