Key Responsibilities:

1. Document Safety:

·       Zero non-compliance of ISO Document Safety standard.

1. Register & Retaining Certification/License:

·       Register the IMS document information.

·       Valid certificates & licenses.

1. ISO Standard Application:

·       Review and control mandatory ISO documents such as Risk & Opportunity, TRA, Legal and Other Requirements Registers are always up to date.

1. Talent Strategy:

·       Plan, organize, and conduct briefing and training programs in ensuring the smooth implementation of the processes/plans that align with company growth direction..

Requirements:

1. Education:

   • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administrative Management or any other relevant business studies.

2. Experience:

   • At least 3 years of Quality Assurance experience, ISO Management experience, preferably in logistics or supply chain related industries.

3. Skills:

   • Effective organizational, stress, and time management skills.

   • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.

   • Demonstrates a sense of urgency & ability to meet deadlines

4. Certifications (Preferred):

   • Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 45001, Six Sigma).

5.     Tech-Savvy:Manage, control, and improve the establishment of the integrated management system (IMS), with optimizing the outcome of the resource for the business process continuous improvement

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Logistics ERP system.
