About the Role

StoryArc Media is a digital marketing and video production agency known for camera-quality production and storytelling. We're looking for an Account Manager to be the bridge between our clients and our internal production team — owning each client relationship from brief to final delivery, keeping projects on time, clients informed, and the team coordinated.

What You'll Do

- Own client relationships — be the main point of contact for your accounts, respond promptly and professionally, and send regular unprompted status updates so clients never have to chase.

- Take and document briefs — capture all requirements, assets, and approvals before production starts; attend key shoots on behalf of clients.

- Manage timelines — set milestones, track progress, run revision and approval cycles, and flag risks before they become problems.

- Coordinate the team — brief videographers and editors clearly, chase proactively, and translate client feedback into actionable direction.

- Protect scope & grow accounts — catch scope creep early, spot upsell opportunities, and support the founder on quotations and proposals.

- Support content production — contribute ideas, coordinate assets, and help keep recurring content schedules on track.

- Build process — maintain SOPs, trackers, and documentation; escalate issues with options, not just problems.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

- 1–2 years in account management, project management, or client-facing roles; creative/media environment is a plus

- Strong written and verbal communication: professional, warm, and highly responsive

- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple accounts under deadlines

- Comfortable running client calls and video meetings independently

- Familiarity with project management tools such as Notion, Asana, or similar

- Basic understanding of video/content production workflows is a plus
