Qualifications & Experience

  • Malaysian citizen, as this role is based permanently at our local operations office.
  • Minimum of SPM, STPM, Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply! We are fully ready to support you and train you from the ground up.
  • Prior experience in administrative support, customer service, maintenance coordination, or related fields is a wonderful advantage, but definitely not a strict requirement if you have the right attitude.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

  • Practical proficiency with standard office tools like Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) to keep our records running smoothly.
  • Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Being able to converse in Mandarin is a fantastic bonus that will help you build closer relationships with our diverse network of vendors and clients.

As our Admin & Maintenance Coordinator, you will be the crucial bridge between our clients, technical teams, and partners, ensuring every service request is met with speed and care. Responsibilities

Client Support & Service Coordination

  • Manage our maintenance hotline and customer service requests to ensure our clients feel heard, supported, and valued at all times.
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance works with precision so that technicians are dispatched efficiently to resolve issues quickly.
  • Liaise closely with clients, technicians, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain seamless communication and smooth teamwork.

Vendor Management & Progress Tracking

  • Source and compare competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to help us secure the best value and quality for our projects.
  • Monitor real-time maintenance job progress to guarantee timely completion and keep our service standards exceptionally high.

Documentation & Administrative Support

  • Prepare comprehensive maintenance reports and update job status records so that our operations remain transparent, organized, and data-driven.
  • Maintain neat, organized filing and administrative records to help our office run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Provide proactive administrative support to the wider operations team, allowing us to conquer daily challenges together.
