Vendor Management & Progress Tracking
- Source and compare competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to help us secure the best value and quality for our projects.
- Monitor real-time maintenance job progress to guarantee timely completion and keep our service standards exceptionally high.
Documentation & Administrative Support
- Prepare comprehensive maintenance reports and update job status records so that our operations remain transparent, organized, and data-driven.
- Maintain neat, organized filing and administrative records to help our office run smoothly and efficiently.
