Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor driver deliveries and collections to ensure timely service
• Liaise with customers regarding container status and delivery updates
• Coordinate with drivers to resolve delivery issues
• Update jobs, capture data, and generate reports in the system
• Ensure all transport documentation is accurately recorded

Requirements:

• Previous experience in transport/logistics (advantageous)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Computer literate (MS Office & transport systems)
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
