Job Description
Responsibilities
1) Provide administrative support and operational support to the Sales team.
2) Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, artwork, master cards, and other related sales documentation.
3) Coordinate with customers on order status, delivery schedules, order changes, and handle feedback or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
4) Monitor and track order progress, inventory levels, delivery status, and payment status to ensure timely fulfilment.
5) Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Finance) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
6) Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and documentation.
7) Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and company procedures.
8) Perform other duties and ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Superior.DESCRIPTIONS :
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM32,000.00 per month
