About The Job

• Assists in ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 certification maintenance program.

• Oversee and enter all information into ISO computer database (Word, Excel, Access, Information)

• Oversee the Engage Calibration database adding new equipment, deleting broken pieces.

• Works with purchasing in selecting and auditing vendors or subcontractors.

• Maintain approved suppliers list and all related supplier documentation.

• Plans, promotes and organizes training activities related to product quality and ISO-related activities

• Supports and investigates customer complaints regarding the quality and suggests adjustments accordingly.

• Assists in the development of standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.

• Assists in the development of procedures, forms, and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.

• Compiles and writes training material on quality assurance activities.

• Coordinate and schedule internal and external audits.

• Other duties as assigned – may include additional certifications.

• Coordinate and manage all external ISO audits.

• ISO Documentation (Document Controller/Internal Auditor).

• Conduct employee ISO training.

• Assisting in immediate root cause analysis to avoid future and reoccurring non-conformances.

• Coordination of corrective action including data follow up.

• Document Control for all business-related documentation to comply with external and internal standards.
  

Skills And Experience Required

• Certifications for ISO 9001, ISO14100 audit.

• Able to review and prepare manual for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.

• Direct experience planning or managing audits

• Knowledge of additional ISO or other common industry certifications is a plus

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in ISO manual preparation and audit

• Exemplary written and verbal communication is essential

• Leadership and teamwork skills are paramount to success in this position
