Warehouse & Operations Manager

Location: Krubong, Melaka

We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse & Operations Manager to lead and improve our warehouse operations.

This role is not a desk-based position. You will be expected to spend time on the warehouse floor, manage daily operations, solve problems, and drive continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving and dispatch
• Develop and implement SOPs and operational processes
• Improve warehouse layout, storage utilization and workflow efficiency
• Monitor inventory accuracy and stock movement
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff and drivers
• Identify operational issues and provide practical solutions

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse, logistics or operations management
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Experience in inventory control and process improvement
• Able to work independently and make decisions
• Hands-on, proactive and result-oriented
• Comfortable working in warehouse and outdoor environments

Preferred:
• Experience implementing warehouse systems, SOPs or process improvements
• Experience managing a warehouse team
